1 General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

• Creating or managing an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Under KG33's Terms and Conditions, withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Payments to third-party names are strictly prohibited. KG33 may hold withdrawals pending verification if a transaction appears suspicious.

5 Game and Betting Policy

If a bet is cancelled due to a network issue or technical error during betting, the staked amount will be refunded. However, results cannot be changed after a game has been completed. Users may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided. A request to reopen a closed account may be submitted, but approval is at KG33's sole discretion.

• Balances in accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (12 months).
• Accounts closed under self-exclusion cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.
